BONDtraining dryland training programs are designed to build a better cycling athlete. It takes aim at improving participants’ strength, resilience, focus, mobility, endurance and power.

- A more fit rider has a bigger window of time in each ride to improve their skill?
- The less fit rider will tire out sooner and as a result has a smaller window of quality time in each ride to acquire and improve their skills.

The MTBdryland winter programs through a focused commitment of two hours per week, will help you reach new levels in your riding. Let’s ‘level up’ YOU in preparation for your best season of riding. The MTBdryland Summer program offers 1x or 2x per week options that are designed to enhance your peak riding season. Many of our clients continue through the summer during their competition/performance training phase, or simply as part of a maintenance training plan.
The HYBRID program is where the MTBdryland program meets the PUMPtrack and combines the fun and physical exertion of intervals on the indoor pump track & jump lines matched with off-bike segments to build cardio, strength, core, power, mobility & resilience. Training is offered at the North Shore Bike Park offered monthly through the summer and in 6 week training phases throughout the Winter, with options for 1x or 2x per week.

TRAINING PLANS
Independent Development Training Plan (IDTP) options for athletes who are motivated to follow a training plan outside of a structured training setting. Training plans are custom designed to each individual athlete, and include ongoing, weekly coaching support via virtual or Phone "check ins".
Whether you are runner or cyclist looking to work on your power or endurance, a basketballer looking to improve your vertical jump, have a specific fitness goal, or you are an athlete training for a sport specific evaluation or tournament deadline, our coaches can help you focus your training activity to help you achieve your goals.
IDT Plan Pricing
- Initial (Gym) Assessment- $175 (75-90mins)
- Initial (Field) Assessment $120 (60-75mins)
- Month 1 = $195 Plan Build + 4 Virtual Check In calls (1/wk - prescheduled)
- Month 2+ = $150 Maintenance incl 4 Virtual Check In calls (1/wk - prescheduled)
- Prepaid 3 Month Package* = $425,

HOW TO START
After an initial phone consultation & or training assessment (Gym or Field) your coach will provide your athlete with a detailed training plan proposal with athlete & plan specific coaching recommendations, based on your individual goals, starting skill & fitness level. (Note The Training Plan Proposal is provided without obligation to commit to purchase of a Training Plan package).
When booking Month 1 - your IDTP is then custom designed on a 4-week cycle - periodized and booked month to month. Plans include detailed training activity with ongoing plan maintenance and coaching "check ins". Your Coach will design your personalized plan to include 3-5 individualized training sessions / activities per week, that consider the initial consultation, assessment, your personal development goals, equipment access, other training commitments and any event specific or other timelines (eg. race, tournament, tryouts). Months 2+ include any necessary plan modifications, supported with weekly "check ins".
If you are training for a specific event - an IDTP assessment offers an excellent opportunity to have your training activity reviewed, and a plan tailored so that your training is optimized for peak event performance. Training plans are built by a single coach - but can be customized to incorporate components designed by multiple coaches (eg. Gym Training plan w/Coach Jason + Running Plan w/Coach Ally) Each plan is tailored to the individual athletes specific development needs, level and goals.

Why would I need an IDTP ?
IDTP packages are perfect for athletes looking to work with a trainer - but without the additional schedule commitment. Or for athletes who are already training independently but not perhaps seeing the results they are expecting from the activity level. A coach supported IDTP removes guess work, and additionally offers athletes all of the benefits of in person training with a reduced financial commitment.
Working with a Coach on an IDTP also provides structure, accountability, and mentorship while you navigate successes & challenges in your athletic journey.
IDT Plans can be utilized in any location and therefore provide a great option for athletes who are travelling, are unable or prefer not to attend in person classes, or who have variable schedules.
